DIY Tint Canada

Store terms

Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from DIY Tint Canada and use of this website.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order, including when an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, or order information appears incorrect. Acceptance occurs when we confirm or fulfill the order.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing, description, availability, or calculation errors and will contact you if a correction affects an order already placed.

Vehicle fitment

Fitment is based on the year, make, model, body style, and window selected at checkout. You are responsible for selecting the correct vehicle and piece. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Customer installation

Installation is performed by the customer at the customer's own risk. You are responsible for tools, preparation, installation method, and any resulting damage to film, glass, trim, electronics, or the vehicle.

Provincial tint laws

You are responsible for compliance with the window-tint requirements that apply in your province or territory. Our tint-law pages publish the provincial figures for reference.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIY Tint Canada's total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the affected pieces.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
