How long does shipping take?

Orders placed by 2pm ET ship the same business day. Delivery is 2–5 business days across Canada — 1–2 in Ontario / Quebec, 3–5 for the West and Atlantic.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD. Under $99 is a flat $9.95 to any Canadian address.

Do you ship to the United States?

Not currently — we ship inside Canada only. That's how we avoid customs delays and border fees.

Does one listing include all my windows?

No — each piece is sold separately so you can order only what you want. Add each window to your cart.

How long does it take to install?

20–40 minutes per window for a first-timer. A full car is 2–4 hours end-to-end including cleaning.

Do I need special tools?

A hard card / squeegee, microfiber, spray bottle, heat gun or hair dryer, and a fresh razor. That's it.

Can I install in cold weather?

Ideal install temperature is 15–30°C. In winter, tint indoors in a heated garage.

How long before I can roll the window down?

Wait at least 48 hours. Full cure is 3–5 days depending on temperature and humidity.

Is precut ceramic tint legal in my province?

Rear windows are unrestricted in every Canadian province. Front sides vary — see our province-by-province tint law reference.

Will I be ticketed for legal tint?

No. As long as VLT on the front sides meets your province's minimum, and there's no reflective/mirrored finish, you're compliant.

What's the difference between the film warranty and the Botch-It Guarantee?

The film warranty (10 years) covers manufacturing defects — bubbling, delamination, colour change. The Botch-It Guarantee is separate: if you personally mess up a piece during install, we replace it free within 90 days. One is on the film, the other is on you.

How do I claim a botched piece?

Tell us which piece. No photos, no forms. One replacement per piece, per order, within 90 days of delivery.

Do you cover shipping on replacements?

Yes. Botch-It replacements ship free.

Will tint interfere with my radio, GPS or cellular signal?

No. Our film is 100% ceramic — no metal content — so it doesn't block RF signals.

Does the tint go on the inside or outside of the window?

The inside. Never install tint on the outside of glass; it won't last a season.

What shades do you offer?

Typically 5% (limo), 20%, 35%, 50% and 70%. Available shades depend on the vehicle — the picker shows what's in stock.
